In our Hematology & Oncology Division, we are responsible for medicines that help to improve the health and quality of life of patients with oncological diseases. For our Oncology area, we are looking to strengthen our field team as soon as possible for a:

NATIONAL SALES MANAGER - ONCOLOGY

YOUR PURPOSE:

In this role you will improve the growth of the Oncology brand portfolio by developing and driving the customer engagement plans / account plans with your sales team. You will contribute to the Country Value Teams with deep customer and market insights and by championing Customer Interaction Excellence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for developing and implementing the account plans with the sales team in collaboration with the medical team to achieve the committed sales targets with the agreed resources (OOP, FTE)
  • Leading the sales team within the business unit to deliver on sales targets by developing an impactful team with deep TA knowledge and excellent customer interaction skills through training and in-field coaching (about 50%)
  • Leading the optimal structuring of sales territories, as well as the territory target setting and monitoring to operate the sales incentive scheme. Contributing to the development and improvement of sales incentive schemes
  • Managing the development and execution of the account-plans as part of the cross-functional customer engagement plan to drive competitive advantage. Drives external focus of the team
  • Driving Customer Interaction Excellence and continuous improvement of sales team effectiveness
  • Developing and managing partnerships with external partners to drive competitive advantage and Janssen’s reputation
  • Contributing to the County Value Teams with deep customer, competitor and market insights, with strategic input to brand strategies and tactics, and by leading sales projects
  • Accountable for full compliance of all Country Value Teams and sales activities with laws and J&J regulations.
