You will be a core part of the product operations team, as a force multiplier for our talented product team. You will equip the team with the inputs they need to define strong strategy, make faster and better decisions, and align product strategy with GTM strategy. This role will span from high-level strategy to operational processes, with a focus on evolving our governance and operating model in product. The goal is to continually improve our product teams so that we can move faster, all while staying aligned with our key GTM stakeholders. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the connective tissue between Product & GTM teams: GTM org is equipped with and understands quarterly, annual product roadmaps, and shared goals. This also includes any driving high priority topic specific deliverables (e.g., AI specific roadmap and target use cases) that enterprise support teams need.
  • Standardize and scale operating model: Refine and evolve key aspects of our operating model to ensure we are efficient and effective. This includes focusing on how we work and our operations, our organization structure and alignment, and the technology that powers our teams. 
  • Build and implement change management playbook: Rapid growth means a lot of change, making change management increasingly important for being agile enough to build amazing products. Build and implement a change management playbook that establishes guardrails on how new changes and processes are announced and rolled out.
  • Own tooling strategy and roll out: Create instrumentation and tool strategy that covers all tools used in an end to end workflow by PMs in order to increase efficiency and efficacy.

What You bring:

  • High familiarity with how software products are built (first hand experience preferred but not required)
  • Track record of creating efficiencies and optimizing processes, including creating best practice methodologies and other change management programs
  • Experience with complex change management processes, requiring close monitoring of progress and compliance with new processes and standards
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills) and the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups
  • Comfortable working in an iterative environment, where no single person has the right answer and getting to the an aligned plan can require inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Data driven mindset with deep experience in using data-driven insights to propel change and measure impact
  • Obsessed with continuous improvement and defines new possibilities by questioning the status quo; drive to understand both the ‘why’ and the “so what”
  • Collaborative, but not prone to decision paralysis and can make decisions quickly when necessary
  • A strong bias for action and accountability coupled with a clear sense of ownership; able to get stuff done in a matrixed organization
  • Operate as one team, one dream - honest with ourselves, our colleagues, and our community. Have the teams back, helping them grow and celebrate wins / losses together
  • 2+ years at a top consulting firm working with software companies or software related projects, or 2+ years in product operations a high growth, fast paced software company

The US base salary range for this position is $101,600 to $152,400 + variable compensation + benefits.
