JP Ops Sustainability is looking for a Principal Program Manager who has been experienced of distilling diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set a vision and design a right long-term solution. As the Sustainability Principal Program manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on company-across strategy to help internal and external customers accelerate their sustainability transformations, and drive right technology solutions. You deeply investigate and foresee our customer's business and technical challenges and form innovative ideas to solve them. You influence stakeholders and leaderships to follow with data and customer advocacy. You will establish a roadmap to meet the Net Zero Carbon goal by 2040 and launch new programs and projects to meet this goal.

This role is to build a comprehensive strategy across transfer-related functions through collaboration with World Wide (WW) Operation sustainability, Public Relations (PR), and Public Policy. End-to-End Infrastructure development opportunity identification, Product development with OEM partners, Innovative business models and financial mechanism. Promote total Net Zero Carbon by leveraging Initiative on Infrastructure including alternative fuels as a concrete Carbon Intensity (CI) reduction strategy. Improve resource efficiency by consolidating the common measures of infrastructures.

Develop a long-term JP Transportation strategy to achieve sustainable transportation in line with the guidelines from WW and define the requirements needed to leverage new and existing technologies and build infrastructure to implement the most efficient carbon emissions reduction and networked delivery. Strengthen engagement mechanisms with PP, PR, Business Units (BU), 3P OEM/Delivery Partners, and government authorities.

WWオペレーション・サステナビリティ・PR・公共政策との協働を通じて、物流　配送に関わる部門を横断する包括的な戦略を構築する役割。OEMパートナーとの製品開発、革新的なビジネスモデルと金融メカニズムに注力。具体的なCI削減戦略として、炭素代替エネルギーを含むインフラ構築、建築物に関するイニシアチブを活用し、総合的なネット・ゼロ・カーボンを推進する。 インフラの共通対策を統合することにより、資源効率を向上させます。

WWからのガイドラインに沿ったサステナブルな輸送を実現するための長期戦略を策定し、最も効率的な炭素排出とネットワーク配送を実装するための　新規技術や既存の技術の活用とインフラの構築に必要な要件を定義します。 パブリックポリシー、広報、ビジネスチーム、第三者請負業者 委託製造業者/デリバリーパートナー、政府当局とのエンゲージメントメカニズムを強化します。

Key job responsibilities

Be responsible for sustainable Transportation strategy with a critical path, project management, project planning, financial analysis, risk management, and stakeholder management to create a robust and sustainable infrastructure for carbon free operation.

• Establish a framework and roadmap to achieving the long term, 2040 Net Zero Carbon goal for Transportation portfolio including alternative fuels and ZEV development.
• Build internal capability to perform carbon footprint assessments of new and existing products from end-to-end, including material supply chain, production, distribution, use and end of life phases, and establish mechanisms to institutionalize carbon reduction efforts across the organization.

 Develop actionable plans to reduce CO2e in the product portfolio and build associated cost / benefit analysis into product approval mechanisms.

• Collaborate with WW Ops Sustainability experts to build expertise across logistics operation including third party carriers, incorporate CO2e-concious design, and execution capabilities into business decision making processes. - Liaise with business teams to suit the business needs and to enhance customer experience.
• Proactively provide benchmarking and research for industries. Support information collection for government communications toward deregulation.
• Propose and consult effective measures for both business teams and operations teams, not limited to requested improvement projects.

• WW Ops サステナビリティの専門家と協力して、AWS を含む運用全体にわたる専門知識を構築し、CO2e を意識した設計と実行能力をビジネスの意思決定プロセスに組み込む。 - ビジネス ニーズに合わせて顧客エクスペリエンスを向上させるために、ビジネス チームと連携する。
• 製品ポートフォリオにおけるCO2排出量を削減するための実行可能な計画を策定し、関連するコスト・便益分析を製品承認メカニズムに組み込む。
• 業界向けのベンチマーキングと調査を積極的に提供し。開発済みあるいは新技術を評価し、炭素排出ゼロ車輛の運用試験データを分析して、より大規模なパイロットを加速します。規制緩和に向けた政府コミュニケーションのための情報収集支援する
• 改善依頼案件に限らず、ビジネスチーム、運用チーム双方に効果的な施策を提案・コンサルティングを行う

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
• 5+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Business level of Japanese/English (written, verbal, reading and listening).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
• Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
• Experience of Creates scalable mechanisms including 3P/ 1P stakeholders and expand beyond function boundary and countries.
• Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
