Your mission… 

Inspire and excite your passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Fragrance Specialists, Counter Managers and Make-up Artists to create memorable and genuine face to face in store experiences, developing personal connections with customers to build trust and loyalty.

  • You will ooze passion for luxurious beauty and delivering exceptional service, and love keeping up to date with the latest cosmetics, fragrance and skincare trends and applications. 
  • You will demonstrate excellent business acumen whilst being accountable for product inventory management. Ensuring we can drive our key icon products, ready for our customers to fill their makeup bags with! 
  • You will demonstrate excellent organisation skills, managing the teams rota to ensure we optimise every opportunity to connect with a customer. 
  • You will thrive of off identifying business strengths and opportunities, with the ability to create solutions for short and long term business based goals to achieve results. 
  • You will embed your teams in the brands heritage and story, taking them on a journey to create fulfilling, memorable customer experiences. 
  • You will have the ability to inspire, develop and coach your teams to succeed, consistently managing their performance and delivering feedback. Being a role model YSL Brand Ambassador for your teams 
  • You are dynamic, people loving leader, passionate for things beauty and developing teams to create a positive in store culture. 
  • You will build long lasting relationships with the beauty retail teams in your department store. You thrive in being innovative, and putting your ideas into play with creating events to drive retail growth! 

Support And Development… 

  • Your induction will consist of regular training with your Area Manager, Education Mentor and Peers. From the beginning you will be set up online with induction modules across Business skills, Skin Care, Make-Up, and Fragrance. Following this a full training induction will also be held in our beautiful head office in Hammersmith, London to support your success. 
  • You will attend quarterly team trainings where you will have an intro to all new launches, application techniques and get to play with all our new iconic products! 
  • You will have access to E-Learning modules where you can develop yourself, we will support your development with a best in the business experience. 
  • The future is yours! We will support your progression leading into an Area or Education Manager!
