Responsibilities:

• Design and development of product packaging, including planning, execution and documentation. This is for existing, new and upgraded products as well when materials, machine or suppliers are changing.
• Validation and qualification of packaging design and process including legal compliance of packaging materials.
• Generation and alignment of Packaging process specifications in agreement with production sites and suppliers.
• Attendance and supervision of production trials.
• Taking pilot lots, optimization and validation of new & existing packaging material and process keeping HSE requirements in place.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech or PG in Packaging technology from IIP or equivalent Institute, with specialized skills in corrugated carton and flex packaging design and development.
• Minimum 4-7 years experience in Packaging design & process development in global operating consumer goods companies.
• SW proficiency in Coral draw.
