Responsabilidades
- Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service on time.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in a positive way.
- Demonstrate proper knowledge and use of the department's resources, policies and procedures.
- Maintain acceptable interaction times by call and email, while remaining friendly and informative.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Actively seek solutions and identify trends for the right staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
- Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.
- Retain customers and apply sales by offering them greater benefits and plans to continue in the company
Requisitos
What are we looking for:
- Being over 18 years old (Must have a valid DNI or C.E)
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
- At least 3 months customer service experience.
- English Level: Intermediate.
- Available to work in our site of Miraflores.
- Available to work 48 hours a week (Monday-Sunday between 8:00AM to 10:00 P.M) | 2 day off
- Comfortable to work with digital platforms
- Interest and passion for video games
