As a Senior Principal Product Manager on the Strategic Products and Growth team, you will be driving the growth and success of the business. This role will be the business owner for Oracle Cloud VMware Solution. You will work with partner teams to grow the product and identity new areas of investment. You should be passionate about delivering services to customers while also possessing a deep understanding of strategic business objectives. A strong technical background is required to produce concrete specifications and work closely with engineering to grow and extend the platform.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in this area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. This role requires product management expertise, leadership skills, and strong business judgment. US: Hiring Range: from $114,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
