As a Junior Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the extensive support of assigned Key Account customers of the Swedish Professional Team.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for the extensive support of assigned Key Account customers
  • Support for requests from Sales Specialists. For example, point of contact for Sales Specialists regarding customer individual topics etc.
  • Price implementation in Vistex for Prof channel
  • Manage customer master data in Shuttle 4 Customer
  • Active follow-up of «open service offers“ with defined customers by continuous evaluation of „open quotes“ in Sales Force and follow-up in sales team and with customers
  • Support for development of customer individual strategic plans (Key Account plans) in close collaboration with respective KAM
  • Act as first line technical support to customers and KAM's

What you'll need

  • Strong sales- and customer orientation 
  • Very high proficiency in MS-Office suite
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
  • High analytical rational/thinking
  • Structured way of working 
  • Reliable way of working, also against high-pressure deadlines and the ability to keep track of complex cases 
  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
