You are looking for a dynamic role in a constantly renewing environment? Join our Fulfillment team to support Hybrid Organization to support Peripherals Growth.

As part of the Personal Systems (PS) Fulfillment team, is accountable to collaborate with PS Market Category Leads and their teams to deliver against PS market attainment, cost and inventory goals and drive the proper order prioritization within a given market; along with adequate linkage to the Customer Operations for PS execution related questions.

You will work with business category organizations of targeted markets to help optimize the revenue of our personal systems. You will be the trusted advisor on supply chain topics to the country teams as well as the advocate of markets teams to the broader supply chain organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attainment optimization:
  • Be a reliable partner to deliver finanacial targets and Inventory numbers against defined goals.
  • Execution of the revenue plan : weekly reporting of the targeted market.
  • Be a strong advisor to market category to achieve those goals.
  • Weekly market reviews in place.
  • Coordinate accurate exit projection for financial numbers and Inventory with relevant stakeholders.
  • Advise market teams on best action to take to optimize the production and shipment of orders.
  • Recommend on optimal mode of transport.
  • Best Customer Experience: on time orders shipment and proactive communication.
  • Manage Execution for Europe market.
  • Manage and prioritize customer backlog Order.
  • Backlog monitoring & optimization: focus on backlog release + aged backlog.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer deals.
  • Collaboration with Customer Operations team and Logistic when needed.
  • Manage and follow up on silver bullet escalations.
  • Continuous process improvement.

Education and Experience Required: 

  • Typically 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function.
  • Bachelor or Masters degree.

Main Skills:

  • Experience in supply chain and/or business management functions.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, and operations and strategy.
  • Analytic and synthetic skills.
  • Advanced user on excel (analysis and reporting activity).
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Risk and exposure assessment, ability to anticipate.
  • Knowledge of S4.
  • Knowledge of Europe Supply Chain processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
