As a Senior Principal Executive Support Engineer, you will provide IT Support with in a fast-paced executive environment. The nature of the work, coupled with the level of clientele, requires the highest caliber of professionalism balanced with a mastery of technology to perform well in this realm. You would operate on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles to devise a solution. The ideal candidate is passionate about new technologies, possessing a bias for action with exceptional problem-solving skills. Can deliver concierge level customer service and resolve complex problems as well as implement solutions with little guidance. They are an attentive listener with strong communication skills to break down complex technical theories into understandable concepts. You should have advanced knowledge of two or more Operating Systems (Apple, Microsoft Windows, and Linux), also mobiles (iOS and Android), the Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration products along with security, encryption, networking, and various other common productivity software (i.e., BitLocker, Cybereason, Exchange, Zoom, Slack, VPN).

US: Hiring Range: from $36.20 to $85.67 per hour; from $75,300 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
