Our transformation into a physician-led, professionally managed governance model of leadership begins with our integration into a system of clinics offering consistent and convenient care that also offers hospital care if you need it. This new model of care allows us to optimize our care delivery across the state of Iowa.

More than 1,100 physicians and advanced practice clinicians provide care within the MercyOne Medical Group. We’ve integrated provider services and employment functions. We utilize a statewide recruitment approach with system wide medical group decision making processes, and we align our medical group with the PHSO regarding collaborative clinical operations.
