JPM Payments’ Embedded Banking & Solutions (EB&S) organization provides comprehensive and scalable embedded banking, industry/client segment-tailored, and business enhancement solutions that deliver seamless experiences for our clients and their ecosystem participants. We are looking to hire a Vice President to provide finance and business management (F&BM) support across this diverse set of products. This is an individual contributor role and will report to the Global F&BM lead for EB&S.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global GF&BM lead with managing deliverables related to internal management financial reporting and senior management business updates: 
  • Coordinate across the Payments Finance to report EB&S level financials to monitor the health of the business.
  • Report on monthly key objectives and results (OKRs) across the business.
  • Manage end-to-end deliverables pertaining to EB&S updates both internally and externally, offsites, townhalls, etc. 
  • Manage business and finance action items to completion.
  • Support the Global GF&BM lead with oversight on investment governance processes – product roadmaps, prioritization, expense management, monthly/quarterly reporting, etc. 
  • Coordinate across the Payments Finance teams to solve new and existing challenges (e.g., P&L challenges, location strategies, employee engagement).
  • Partner with the business to enhance processes and infrastructure to optimize business performance.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 5+ years of prior experience in a Finance, Business Management, Planning & Analysis, COO-type role recommended, not required.
  • Strong sense of ownership; takes full responsibility for end-to-end project execution
  • Effectively partner, influence, and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot mistakes quickly
  • Comfortable presenting controversial opinions backed by facts to Manager 
  • Curious in nature; willing to deep dive into content, learn, grow, and identify new challenges to drive to completion.
