About the program
Mars Leadership Experience (MLE) in sales and Marketing is our Signature program, designed to help graduates achieve their vision of becoming Technical or people leaders. As part of the program, you will be encouraged to innovate new ways for engineering, pushing forward innovative ideas and leading technically complex projects for Mars Wrigley in UAE.
A day in the life of an MLE:
We like to empower our people. So, from the moment you join us you’ll be managing your own project in three different roles across 3 years of the program. Every role will be challenging, designed to increase your knowledge and expertise in areas of advanced production technology and high-speed machinery, whilst developing your leadership skills. Each placement is tailored to your personal development, you will gain an impressive level of experience to accelerate your engineering leadership career.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who can build great leadership skills as well as develop their technical capability. Humble and has passion to explore new challenges.
A bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent. Students those who are interested in making their careers in Sales, Marketing or General Management, Cognitive skills, and strong academic knowledge, Aspiration to do people leader roles, willingness to work in different functions and this is not 100% office role.
