Our Product Functions team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing cross-functional support and implementing development projects for our products at both the wind turbine and plant levels. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Product Functions team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional and technical projects, collaborating with various departments including Product Safety, Documentation and Certification, Noise and Environmental, and TCM. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for project management and planning.

Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end project management, including timeline alignment, project baseline establishment, budget creation, progress monitoring, and issue escalation handling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports internally and externally.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of technical aspects related to project execution.

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in project management within large organizations.
  • Proficiency in detailed planning with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical background or understanding preferred.
  • Certified in at least one project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
