Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Act as a technical liaison and work collaboratively with vendors, internal departments, and IT for Dynamics 365 and integrated applications.
  2. Assist with the configuration and implementation of third-party systems.
  3. Set up entities, fields, forms, workflows, and security roles.
  4. Stay updated with the latest D365 features, best practices, and industry trends.
  5. Collaborate with developers, integrators, business partners, and team members on business requirements and system enhancements/upgrades/initiatives.
  6. Perform quality assurance functions to validate data and procedural changes.
  7. Work with internal teams and vendors to plan, schedule, and implement system rollouts, patches, releases, and upgrades using LCS, Azure DevOps, and Azure Pipelines.
  8. Generate and monitor reports on system performance, usage, and security.
  9. Monitor for compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  10. Maintain accurate documentation of Microsoft 365 configurations and changes.
  11. Manage user access, implement security policies, and conduct security audits.
  12. Training and Support: Provide training and support to IT end users to enhance their understanding and use of the D365 system.
  13. Organizational Structure and Governance: Collaborate with the Steering Committee for D365 enhancements, providing input and insights into system improvements.
  14. Uphold governance policies and procedures related to D365, including change management and risk assessment.
  15. Other duties as required or assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management experience
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and security.
  • Proficiency in data management, system maintenance, and user support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and training abilities.
  • Certifications in Dynamics 365 or related areas are a plus.
