This individual will be responsible for managing and executing our marketing automation strategies to enhance our customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies, including email marketing, SMS campaigns, and automated marketing journeys, tailored for both the real estate and wedding industries.
  • Design and set up email sequences (journeys) to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Conduct ongoing research on best practices in marketing automation, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
  • Optimize email campaigns based on performance metrics to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Manage and set up forms on the company website to capture leads effectively.
  • Create and maintain reports on marketing automation performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
  • Test and optimize marketing automation workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage the segmentation of the contact list for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing and privacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with specific experience in the real estate and wedding industries.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software (e.g. Zoho, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing and SMS campaign strategies and best practices.
  • Experience with setting up and optimizing marketing automation workflows and email sequences.
  • Knowledge of web forms integration and lead capture strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
