Site Application Expert - Makó (Hungary) - Your future position?

Overall mission:

As the Site Application Expert at our flavor-producing factory in Makó, your primary mission is to ensure the seamless integration, optimization, and advancement of our site-specific application processes. You will help enhance operational efficiency, maintain product quality standards, and foster innovation within our production environment. Your mission is to be a driving force in maximizing the performance and reliability of our site's flavor production operations, contributing to our continued success in delivering high-quality flavors to our customers worldwide. You will be based at Makó, reporting to the Production Manager (#LI-Hybrid).

You will:

• Follow up the new IT requirement coming from different streams, manage different level of escalations
• Responsible for SAP/CMS nonconformity escalation and the problem solving management
• Support change requests from validation of CR definition step until end of wave
• Coordinate training of SAP/CMS relevant topics
• Manage connection between Informatics Technology and Operations Technology for supporting collaboration and effecitvelly manage the escalation
• Support specification of URS and technical descriptions of industrial devices (e.g. RF guns, HMI, MWS)
• Mediate problem fixing and preventive action definition between IM&T and industrial applications
• Take care of the proper integration of industrial applications into the IM&T infrastructure.
• Basic IT coordination support of other users in their stream
• Responsible for up-to-date status of modules in SAP /CMS
• Lead to realize new label requests, maintain label templates, troubleshooting of label nonconformity locally or involving foreign support
• Coordinate SAP wave testing in streams
• Support lean projects that requires IT support
• Ensure support other affiliates in case of referral
• Represent the site relevant international GIV IT projects

• During working , You will keep the Food Safety principles in mind and strive to increase food safety awareness in all circumstances.

• Comply with management regulations and other directives and act.

You:

• High school or University degree
• 1-2 year relevant experience
• Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
• Advanced IT skills
• SAP experience
