What is the Job all about?

The main purpose of the job is to develop, implement and drive social media in the Grundfos DBS marketing organization globally. This includes analysis of user journey and user experience, optimization of that and alignment with relevant internal and external key stakeholders and further implementation within the global DBS Domestic Building Services, go-to -market setup.

The Social Media Specialist ensures that the social media activities meet or exceed the set objectives and targets, with the resources allocated by the DBS Management Team.

You will be directly reporting to the Marketing Team Lead and to be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monitor global online traffic and conversion
  • Ensure functionality and efficiency cross all relevant DBS- Domestic Building Services sites and be able to collaborate with the DBS Sales and Marketing team and Digital Customer Excellence support function to secure this.
  • Ensure alignment and efficient internal stakeholder management and collaboration
  • Overall responsible for all testing of DBS content, links, forms etc.
  • Ensure effective deployment and implementation of DBS Web activities
  • Evaluate and track all online content and secure constant improvements
  • Ensure all DBS sites are SEO optimized
  • Ensure “pulse” measurement and corrective action based on this
  • Ensure E-cademy optimized presence online
  • Develop and support the DBS marketing automation initiative.
  • Ensure Grundfos' brand guidelines and CVI is followed

Your background:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from Business School or university
  • Relevant master degree from business school or university
  • Min. 3 years of experience with a proven track record in working with global social media.
  • Min. 1 years’ experience from developing, managing and implementing marketing activities and initiatives to achieve successful implementations in a global organization. 
  • Knowledge of SoMe tools like Facebook Manager etc.
  • Familiarity with web standards
  • Working knowledge of Website Management tools
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of SQL and Javascript is preferred
