Catering Sales Manager

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre is looking for Saudi Nationals.

The Catering Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating all requirements for all events bookings including meetings, weddings and outside catering. Responsible for enforcing the terms of sales letter of agreement and guiding the client through the planning process. Communicates the needs and expectations of the client with all departments in the hotel. Ensures successful execution to client satisfaction. Proactively developing the catering business.

What are we looking for?

  • Two to three years’ experience in a similar sales role within five-star luxury environment
  • Proven track record of sales achievements through prospecting and solicitation
  • Ability to negotiate with clients at all levels through the use of creative and attractive menu presentations and event proposals to achieve maximum revenue/profit potential whilst ensuring client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
  • Impeccable appearance and a passion for delivering excellent service
  • Must be fluent in Written and Spoken English
  • Knowledge of catering sales systems such as sales force, Delphi and Opera Systems would be beneficial
  • Role requires ability to work flexible hours including evenings and most weekends.
