What We Expect:

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Guest Services:

Provide a warm, personalized welcome to owners and guests and assist with their check-in and check out processes.

Handle VIP and special request, ensuring that all guests needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the Residence Club amenities, services and local attractions.

Team Leadership and Training:

Assist in the recruitment, training and supervision of the Front Desk, Operator and Guest Service Attendant teams, promoting a culture of excellence in guest service.

Supervise the consistency of Core Standards as it applies to the Guest Services Attendants and Guest Experience Concierge.

Schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines.

Reservation Management:

Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to insure timely room turns for our Owners and Guests.

Ensure the correct and consistent service techniques for check in, check out, and in villa orientations.

Utilize the computer systems in complex check in/out functions as well as reservations procedures, room blocking, changing housekeeping statuses, adjusting postings, adding notes, reading availability, etc.

Skills/Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • College degree or equivalent preferred
