Job Description

We are looking for Senior Mobile Developer who is extremely passionate about Mobile application development for our wide range of cloud-based web / mobile B2B & B2C products targeted towards a wide range of industries and applications. You will be based in our new ground-breaking innovation hub with an atmosphere of start-up and get an opportunity to work and collaborate with internal and external technology specialist in areas of AI, IOT, VR/AR. Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms, from concept to deployment. 
• Own a module and work closely with Technical lead
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle 
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards 
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development and recommend best practices and tools to improve development processes. 
• Apply latest software design methodologies - design patterns, static/dynamical code analysis, ensuring pragmatic, clean and sustainable code implementations 
• Document solutions using flowchart, layouts, diagrams, charts etc 
• Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve the products 

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in building cross platform & native mobile apps. Preferably with Fultter. 
• Experience in using various relevant tools for Unit Testing, Code quality etc 
• Integrating mobile apps with backend services and APIs 
• Deep understanding of mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and their respective guidelines and best practices 
• Experience in optimizing Flutter apps for performance and responsiveness on different devices and screen sizes. 
• Experience in local databases like SQlite & Hive 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab for automating builds, testing, and deployment processes. 
• Strong skills in version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration. 

Other skills 

• Experience of agile software development methodologies 
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) 
• Great team player and ability to work in a highly international team 
• Willingness to sometimes travel nationally and internationally to various Continental R&D centers and external development partner locations 
• Willingness to learn new things 
• Experience working in tools like JIRA, Confluence, GIT, Jenkins etc 

Experience

• Around 5 to 8 yrs of experience overall 
• 3+ years in cross platform mobile application development using Flutter 
• 2+ years of in Native IOS or Android application development is plus 
• 1+ years in using tools like Sonarqube, Datadog, Appdynamics, Firebase, Fastlane etc 
• 3+ years in Agile delivery 
• Flutter certification is a plus
