We’re looking for a Maternity Cover for our Head of Communications to join our vibrant and dynamic Jewel in the heart of Mayfair.

As the Head of Communications at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the development of a brand, PR and communications strategy to in line with agreed targets
  • Driving brand reputation, establishing property positioning and visibility of hotels via all communications channels such as media, content, digital, consumer marketing and partnership activity.
  • Overseeing all matters relating to media and public relations for the hotel and liaise with local media, in-house overseas media, colleagues, the general public and relevant stakeholders to drive positive publicity, awareness and to effectively handle media requirements.
  • Overseeing all matters relating to media relations, advertising, collateral production and other marketing communications for both hotels.
  • Develop local CRM strategy for MOMAY launch and beyond.
  • Overseeing all social media channels strategy, promoting the hotel through positive and enticing content.
  • Promoting the image of the hotel through positive publicity, suitable partnerships and appropriate awareness campaigns.
  • Communicating with the MOHG Communications Offices and PR Agencies with a view of achieving properly positioned print and online media exposure.
