Do you want to play a pivotal role in shaping Flutter’s security posture? This multifaceted role goes beyond traditional architectural duties, requiring a hands-on approach, strategic leadership, and line management responsibilities.
As Lead Security Architect, you will guide the team in the design, implementation, and continuous refinement of robust security architectures within our security and IT infrastructure. This includes the development of forward-thinking security architecture strategy, plans and procedures, along with their practical implementation across systems and applications.
Your role will also involve collaborating closely with other technical teams, including AWS, partners, and internal engineering across various functions, for seamless integration of security protocols. As a seasoned expert, you'll influence large-scale migration and transformation projects, driving a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and cloud technologies.
Reporting to the head of security architecture and engineering, your leadership will extend to shaping the security architecture and engineering strategy, mentoring your team, and actively engaging with third-party vendors and the broader security community. Your strategic insight, technical prowess, and ability to forge relationships will cement your place as a key player within the organization. Your passion for innovation, coupled with a customer-centric and collaborative approach, will contribute to transforming business through modern security technologies.
In this leadership role, the Lead Security Architect will not only design and innovate but will also be responsible for ensuring that these designs translate into practical, business-aligned, and sustainable services. Recognizing the need for a smooth transition from development to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, the Lead Security Architect (working with the Security Engineering team) will help ensure that all security solutions are robust yet adaptable to the business environment. This includes a focus on scalability, maintainability, and compliance with organizational goals and industry standards.
Your role will be pivotal in turning designs into tangible services that not only meet the immediate security needs but also foster long-term growth and resilience for the organization.
