About this Role: 

The Senior Analyst, Performance Analytics position is a key role on the Performance Analytics team; This role is a mixture of leadership and individual contributor role that will manage one or more analysts. You will be responsible for executing and improving full-funnel measurement strategy including but not limited to setting up OKRs/KPIs Measurement and Reporting, Test design/execution, and providing just-in-time insights/recommendations across several teams supporting growth. You will be working in a fast-paced cross-functional team with exposure to senior business leaders. You will be presenting the insight and recommendations to stakeholders to influence business decisions that will have meaningful impact on short- and long-term plans for II Business Unit.

Role Summary: 

The Senior Analyst must be able to transform large datasets from Analytics Data Warehouse and other complex systems to produce OKRs, actionable insights and present the results to stakeholders at all levels within the company. Candidates will need to successfully manage multiple priorities and partner with Marketing, CX, Sales, Advanced Analytics, and other teams. This role will be involved in several key initiatives aligned to topline growth objective including but not limited to customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, Paid Media Performance, Content Performance, and development of self-service tools. Prior experience in Identifying and executing on opportunities to promote data literacy across the organization is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Projects and partner with other analysts to harmonize different data sources for performance measurement, reporting, insights generation, and attribution.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify the appropriate data sources and analysis to be leveraged to develop and drive the roadmap.
  • Manage and execute against a robust learning agenda that drive business value.
  • Work with internal analytics teams, stakeholders, and vendor leads to deliver monthly/quarterly performance reporting and insights.
  • Demonstrates technical knowledge of analytical tools and current landscape.
  • Drive test & learn strategy, test design development, and develop measurement plan in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop, socialize, and execute the roadmap for evolution and execution of performance analytics projects supporting the topline growth for II Business.
  • Oversee development of deliverables pertaining to OKRs, KPIs, and outputs and present results to leadership team members.
  • Leads cross-functional groups to define requirements. Oversees internal and external business partners in the execution of the plan.
  • Stays abreast of changes in the market to identify opportunities for improved analytical capabilities and methods.
  • Develop project plans, use cases, user stories, business cases, and other artefacts with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Graduate Degree in Business or Quantitative area.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in building, fostering, and managing relationships in a cross-functional environment. 
  • Prior track record in influencing short-term and long-term business decisions using data-driven insights, business acumen, and consultative skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of full-funnel growth analytics metrics and methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring one or more analysts. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing conceptual analysis and analytical frameworks. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in Excel and SQL.
  • Proficiency with Statistics, Python, Web Analytics, and BI Tools.
  • Ability to develop and communicate analytical results and insights for partners at all levels within the organization, including senior management. 
  • Experience with Retail Brand Preferred.

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.

Base salary range:

$91,500.00 - $156,500.00 USD

For the location of:

Colorado Springs, CO

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
