YOUR ROLE

• Communicate brand performance and priorities to the integrated marketing, key account and other cross-functional teams
• Drive the development of the innovation pipeline to support the brand’s 3-year strategic plan 
• Act as brand advocate and representation towards internal and external customers
• Leads all phases of formula development and new product innovation, driving entire PD process
• Leads internal communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula evaluation, timelines, copy and claims, artwork and regulatory deliverables
• Leverage consumer insights; translate insights into winning concepts and initiatives/ campaigns
• Own pricing process to ensure P&L targets are achieved
• Develop and coach direct report(s) to help them achieve brand goals
• Collaborates on photo/video shoot briefs from concept to execution

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors degree, MBA a plus
• 7+ years’ experience in product development, brand marketing, or innovation roles
• Beauty experience preferred
• Experience managing direct reports
• Strong leadership, influence, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• High level of passion and initiative
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

The salary for this role is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
