Sr Sales Finance Analyst

You will be performing revenue analytics, rebates, fees and rental payments processing and maintenance to support our North American commercial operations.

Your role:

  • Analyzes pricing, sales data, and equipment rentals, identifying market trends, providing variance analysis, creating key performance indicators (KPIs) while collaborating with data scientists developing automated sales and pricing performance dashboards (price realization, rebates, and leased equipment KPIs).
  • Assists finance and commercial operations with accurate and timely rebates, GPO/IDN fees budgeting, forecasting, and planning as well as handles all collections' inquiries regarding equipment rental charges (backup calculations, contract details, measurement periods, cost proration).
  • Provides financial models and analysis to support various sales initiatives, such as rebate programs and pricing strategies to work closely with sales leaders providing financial insights and recommendations on how to improve commercial performance (margin/share).
  • Communicates and presents financial insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborates with sales, marketing and supply chain leaders identifying potential opportunities and threats to sales growth.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in sales finance or related field and have strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
  • Your skills include Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software such as Qlik, Power BI and a strong understanding of CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) systems with strong reporting and database management skills.
  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics or related field, preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 
  • You’re an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights for all levels of the organization. You also have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $60,000 to $120,000, annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. 

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
