We are looking for a talent for Corporate Application Engineer(AMS)

This role works directly with Siemens' partners to help grow the adoption and use of Siemens' software in their circuit design and verification flows. This role combines technical depth with interpersonal skills and an appreciation for the business value delivered by our products. 

This role collaborates with Field Application Engineers and account team to help them meet and exceed quotas as they proactively lead customer accounts to success. This could include account planning and developing solutions to customer problems, ultimately resulting in product revenue growth. Success involves working as a team with sales, marketing, and R&D organizations. This role develops technical content and self solving collateral contributing to the Siemens knowledge base.

• Work with technology authorities at major semiconductor companies to understand challenges and help them tackle issues by Siemens products.
• Illustrate the value Siemens brings to customers by assisting them in their evaluations of Siemens' AMS & Solido software; developing and delivering software demonstrations and technical presentations; performing benchmark evaluations for customers to win and drive business. 
• Develop technical content, track and update customer issues using defined Siemens processes and tracking tools.
• Assist technical teams to establish value for Siemens products and differentiate from the competition and work closely with R&D to address customer feedback and requests.
• Track record of outstanding customer relationships and contribute towards the product technical sales plan with management and communicate frequently with teammate and management on progress and account status.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 

• BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field. MS or equivalent experience is desired. 
• 3+ years' analog or mixed-signal design engineering experience is required
• Broad knowledge of Analog Design methodologies and flows including the different types of analysis solutions for analog design including Spice, Fast-Spice, Mixed Signal – Mixed-Mode analyses and flows.
• Consistent track record to map simulator capabilities to application-specific requirements
• Experience in tools usage or designer of IC schematic and analog simulators. Cadence® Virtuoso®, AFS, Spectre, HSPICE, Eldo and mixed-signal circuit simulation tools, such as Symphony, Questa ADMS™, Cadence® AMS Designer®...,etc. 
• Deliver impactful presentations with proficiency in English and Mandarin speaking and writing 
• Excellent time management skills of prioritizing tasks
