Job Responsibilities

Administration

  • Routinely monitors data transfers and system integrity.
  • Coordinate and maintain changes to facilities maintenance schedules and asset management modules.
  • Upload/integrate drawing data into CAD/IWMS system.
  • Draw polylines in accordance with the selected space measurement protocols in alignment with space planning policies and industry standard (BOMA, IFMA etc.).
  • Update and maintain p-line drawings, space data and occupancy data.

Support

  • Supports day-to-day end user operations of Tririga.
  • Adds, modifies, and grants user access and permission levels to IWMS system. 
  • Develop, generate, and maintain policies, processes, procedures, guidelines, and workflows about operating and maintaining the IWMS system.

Resource

  • Acts as subject matter expert for the team for CAD/IWMS related requests.
  • Provide options on how best to facilitate improvements and new module implementations within the IWMS system that would not jeopardize industry standards or data integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Facilities operations, space & occupancy planning, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of IWMS/CAFM/CMMS software administration experience, IBM Tririga preferred.
  • 3+ years AutoCAD software experience
  • Training, software development, technical support, or project management experience a plus
  • Qualifications/Skills:
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Must speak/read/write English and Malay proficiently.
  • Education:
  • IBM Tririga Application Consultant Certification a plus
