Manager, Employer Partnerships

Overview:

HSS, the world leader in musculoskeletal health, is seeking a high performing client relationship leader. The position will further our mission of “getting people back to what they need and love to do” by managing a portfolio of employer clients and strategic partners. This role will work with the Director of Employer Partnerships to nurture and expand the institution’s presence and value among self-funded employers and strategic partners. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for employer clients (e.g. HR Benefits leaders)
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and respond to client requests
  • Lead regular client meetings and bring in cross-functional partners and subject matter experts based on client interest and opportunity
  • Review utilization data and prepare regular client reporting to demonstrate value of the relationship with HSS
  • Facilitate opportunities to drive employee engagement including webinars, health and wellness content and program promotion communications in partnership with the Engagement Associate and other internal stakeholders
  • Set goals for each client based upon the unique opportunities that exist within the relationship, and monitor progress toward achieving those goals
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to internal stakeholders and ensure that the employer market’s business requirements are understood and prioritized
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders that may include Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other cross functional teams to implement and operationalize products and build HSS’ reputation as the leading MSK solution and provider for employers and their employees

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience working in an HR/Benefits role of a large self-funded employer or 4-5 years in an account management role serving large employers, preferred
  • Success building, maintaining, and expanding executive and decision-maker relationships in Fortune 100 companies
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with a CRM system and an analytics platform, a plus

This role is hybrid (will work on-site and remote) but must be based in NY-metro area.

Pay Range - Minimum

USD $115,000.00/Yr.

Pay Range - Maximum

USD $135,000.00/Yr.
