  • 15+ years’ experience in Sales preferably with switchgear background of minimum 5 years and 5+ years in people management role.
  • To identify and evaluate market potential for SI EP products (Low Voltage Switchgear in Industry norms) in assigned territory from defined set of customer base.
  • Should do sales planning activities and arrive at the action plans to reach the defined targets by identifying Retention, Conversion, other and new customers. Also should identify the potential markets and growing segments and work for increased extraction.
  • Responsible for Identifying, qualifying and leading opportunities to bring revenue for the above products from OEM, Panel Builders, Contractors, EPC & end customers.
  • Should be able to understand the channel policies and communicate effectively to leverage the maximum benefits
  • Plan and visit customers to support the team members and support requirements of customers.
  • Routinely discuss and communicate on sales opportunities strategy with members of the team.
  • Provide adequate, accurate and timely updates and support to channels to improve business through them.
  • Attend and participate in customer team meetings and communicate regularly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain successful business relationships with channel partners and customers.
  • Sales systematic & reporting in CRM tool.
  • Understand market trends, competitor activities and work out plans to counter/ increase our business.
