We are looking for a motivated, collaborative System Liaison (Key Account Manager), to join our Neurology sales team in the Northern New England geography.

The System Liaison will be the point of contact promoting and representing Neurology Patient Value Unit (nPVU) brands within large medical groups and integrated delivery networks (collectively “health systems”) and to healthcare providers (HCPs) and personnel affiliated with assigned health system accounts, in Central/Western Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont.

About the role:

  • Establish strong business relationships with Healthcare Providers within assigned accounts/territories and with stakeholders who are influencing provider decisions.
  • Alleviate barriers to prescribing U.S. Neurology medications for patients by educating affiliated HCPs on UCB access solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in current issues about health care reform that impact the patients and the customer.
  • Bring new ideas and potential solutions to the health system stakeholders and their patients. 

What you will do:

  • Ensure UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards within the assignment to the criteria of UCB, Local, State and Federal regulations. 
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of her/his assigned IDN's treatment goals and decision-making process concerning population health and disease management.

Who you’ll work with:

  • HCP’s and KOL’s in the assigned geography
  • Assigned IDN’s
  • Internal members of the epilepsy Ecosystem sales team

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Neurology products and institutional pharma sales
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Critical/Intensive Care Units and selling in the hospital environment, including formulary inclusion and order-set modification process

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to present information clearly and adapt it to the audience’s understanding
  • Expertise in managing complex relationships and processes
  • Excellent time management and prioritization for team and personal value creation

Expected Salary Range: $111,120 – 145,485 based on experience.

Please note: UCB’s offered salary will be based on individual candidate qualifications and location and may fall outside the expected range.
