The function is located at the heart of Industrial Merchant (IM) World Business Line (WBL) within the Packaged Gases Operations Direction in Spain supporting Villaverde filling plant transformation in the frame of the European Specialty Gases Project (SGE).
Packaged Gases Operations is a lean, multicultural & delocalized team focusing on strategy topics (business, energy, industrial, regulatory).
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
The Villaverde Plant team is composed of the following departments:
Everybody is based in the same location. The candidate will be able to practice Gemba walk and see in the field every activity fostering their training and comprehension.
You will report to the Villaverde Filling Plant Manager. The main objective is to ensure the implementation of new projects and priorities of SGE and follow-up of KPI and quality topics.
The overall shall be supported by Villaverde team and working closely with PG Operations central team.

Position based in Madrid, Spain for 24 months. Eventually, punctual travels across Europe may be expected.
