Digital Trust is at the heart of our Orange Business strategy and si fully embedded in our Lead the Future. It is an area that is becoming more and more top of mind for our enterprise customers (both in International and in France). In a context where we notice more and more harsh regulation regarding data protection and resilience, where we see the increasing role that technology and digital play in the economy and the growing cyber attacks … all of these factors are pushing our customers to ask themselves questions around the “sovereignty” of their digital environment.

It is an opportunity for Orange Business, and thus a critical role for International, seeing that we have a global & local presence, we master infrastructures all over the world, we have teams on the ground and thus we can manage local regulation.

We absolutely need to identify what businesses expect from us and in which areas we can support them (be it confidentiality, resilience, compliance with regulation or mastering technology in a fast-changing geo-political context).

about you

Mission

As a digital trust lead, you will be in charge of defining and executing on the Digital Trust plan for International to ensure it supports our profitable growth ambition. You will do so in coordination with the regional teams and the central Trust team, to leverage the work done in France

Main activities

  • Define the Digital Trust ambition and plan for International and how it can support our strategic ambition, by:
  • Assessing the regional context and the customer needs
  • Understand what are the capabilities at hand, and what are the gaps to fill (Assess marketing & products inter-dependencies (to ensure there is clarity on capabilities in each region)
  • Understand the competitive landscape
  • Selecting priority use cases
  • Define KPIs
  • Integrate the central Trust team (led by Nassima Auvray) to infuse International feedback and needs, and to drive deliverables prioritization
  • Identify key stakeholders and build a functioning Trust ecosystem for International
  • Drive the building of regional ambitions and plans, ensure they stack up to the International plan
  • Build solid interlocks with solutions in Orange Business and OCD, but also in central Products & Marketing to ensure the Digital Trust portfolio is relevant for International customers
  • Leverage market intelligence (both centrally and in International) to assess potential and segments to focus on
  • Run market studies, if needed (leveraging central strtg marketing/ strategy team)
  • Support Sales enablement activities
  • Build a Digital Trust value proposition for International (while also enriching the central CVP); incl. consulting pitches
  • Raise awareness/ acculturation via the various mechanisms (e.g. Sales Academy, trainings, videos, etc..)
  • Support customer facing activities with content and marketing materials
  • Identify speaking opps and thought leadership opps, re: events in the regions
