Cash Management Implementation Manager

Position Purpose

To support Transaction Banking business in implementation of agreed Cash Management, Trade and Supply Chain solutions for customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, implement and manage large scale or complicated domestic/ regional cash management, trade and supply chain
  • Actively provide implementation support to other countries for regional or cross-region deals
  • Serve as a focal point internally and externally for all aspects of cash management, trade, and supply chain implementation
  • To monitor and track the deals from deal initiation to go-live stage along with providing updates on the implementation status to external and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance of the customer documentation as per the deal scope along with document negotiation with internal stakeholders like legal and operations
  • Provide clients’ feedbacks on existing products/service for enhancement and development
  • Contribute to the team’s enhancement of productivity and sustain high quality of client’s centric service culture
  • Provide consultation to sale team and assist in bidding of RFP process to secure mandates
  • Focus on effective workflow to ensure acceptable “time to revenue” measurement
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Head of Department
  • Manage implementation risk efficiently
  • Act as an SME on technical topics like SAP adaptors and file formats
  • Direct contribution to BNP Paribas Operational Permanent Control Framework and adhere to laid down implementation controls and processes during the deal implementations along with timely reporting’s with quality and accurate data

Other

  • Assist Head of Cash Management on Adhoc basis as required.
  • Awareness of ISO27001: 2013 information security. An Information Security Management System (ISMS) is an International Standard that specified the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving this ISMS. It is the responsibility of all the staff of BNP Paribas Bangkok Branch to contribute to this common objective.

Competencies (Technical / Behavioural)

  1. Technical and functional knowledge of cash management products, particularly in e-channels.
  2. Managing complex implementations like SWIFTNET, EBICS, H2H, payment file structuring and understands technical jargons related to XML files, etc. API Implementations will be and advantage.
  3. Project management skill with ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines.
  4. Client service, communication, problem solving oriented skills
  5. Ability to engage all stakeholders along with being a good team player
  6. Good client engagement skills including having good hold on verbal and non-verbal communications, solution and pitching, managing client negotiations and client whiteboardings.
  7. Exposure to managing client legal documentations.
