Because of our continued success, and international expansion we are looking for a proven Renewal Account Manager for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Senior hire who will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts.

Wolters Kluwer Health's Clinical Effectiveness (CE) organization is a fast-growing and innovation-driven healthcare information technology (HIT) provider working on the front lines of clinical care. We provide market leading Clinical Decision Support (CDS) and Clinical Drug Information (CDI) solutions, Patient Engagement Solutions which can be licensed or integrated into clinical workflow electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales objectives via prospecting and account management;
  • Develop sales strategy for prospects and assigned accounts and successfully manage deals through the sales cycle;
  • Communicate with customers with regards to any account problems and discuss customer concerns and suggestions;
  • Negotiate service/product terms with customers in line with guidelines;
  • Report suggestions to and develop solutions with sales, order processing, and customer support team;
  • May handle add-on sales for clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience;
  • 3+ years working in Account Management or Sales or other equivalent experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in the healthcare IT in KSA;
  • Solid understanding of business, financials, products/services and the market, preferably with a reputation for providing a level of expert knowledge within your industry;
  • Excellent communication (both written & oral) and presentation skills;
  • Ideally Saudi national and fluent in Arabic and English;
  • Ability to manage own territory/account and monitor resources accordingly;
