Overview

Norman Regional’s Clinic Support Services is where successful use of data and evidence based care meets quality improvement and practice transformation. We are looking for a Clinical Operations Analyst to work directly with Norman Regional Clinics and provide them with information to guide them in operational decisions that provide an enhanced level of health promotion, care coordination, and disease management. Data analysts partner with Clinic Leadership to provide specific information, evidence based tactics, and project management support in an effort to improve the care delivery process, decrease costs, and improve health outcomes. We enjoy a collaborative process with other disciplines and care providers produce outcomes that attract patients to choose Norman Regional Health System as their medical home.

Responsibilities

• The position requires working closely with clinic leadership, technical support, and other Norman Regional departments to ensure that quality reporting requirements, performance data tracking and analysis, for clinical and performance based areas of NRHS.
• Evaluates information required by clinic leadership, produces reports, develops tools and coordinates with HIT or external data source providers to produce information that will assist resource management and decision-making process.
• This position will perform additional duties as needed to support the achievement of Norman Regional Health System’s clinic initiatives and performance goals.

Qualifications

Education

• BA/BS in business administration or healthcare related field required.
• Master's Degree preferred in business administration or other healthcare related field.

Experience

• Two (2) years’ experience in business administration or management, or 5 years of clinical/administrative experience is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have a background in SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, Crystal Reports, and other similar systems as well as an understanding of logical/query design elements.
