About the Team

The mission of Semi Fufillment Project is to design and build traffic channels that help suppliers to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes PAPE, shopping center strategy, affiliate plans and tools, marketplaces, and ads promotion. With product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

This role is responsible for building out affiliate agency partnerships for Semi Fulfillment Project in Vietnam. We believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and inclusive for our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard and incubate growth of affiliate agencies relevant to key verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, or Other) for semi project, focusing on their sales performance metrics such as daily order numbers、GMV and conversion.
  • Responsible for the agency affiliate product assortment strategy, continue to optimize all assortment stimuli, including but not limited to the product pool and key products, improving avg daily order numbers of both hero products in scale phese and new products in cold-start phese.
  • Formulate and implement diverse agency incentives and programs to constantly motivate agency activation and achieve overall sales conversion goals by verticals.
  • Work closely with product supplier teams and ads teams to optimize the agency hub experience.
  • Identify affiliate plan pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges.
  • Responsible for agency data analysis, deeply understanding business logic, design a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, conduct agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance, and give valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis of data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or above
  • 3+ years experience of E-commerce affiliate program operation, with an emphasis on performance marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese language
  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and short video is preferred.
  • Strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred.
