The Source to Pay Application Lead is the main Ariba Buying and Invoicing (B&I) platform point of contact for the Procurement organization and stake holders globally. The Source to Pay Application Lead is also responsible for supporting the Ariba activities the global implementation of S4 HANA, process optimization, and ongoing management of the Ariba application.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary point of contact regarding Ariba B&I for the Procurement organization and Axalta stakeholders for training, trouble shooting and best practices.
• Own the run and maintain activities of Ariba Upstream and Downstream.
• Provide expert level knowledge of Ariba applications and Source to Pay Procurement processes. 
• Lead the Ariba B&I preparation and stake holder training in conjunction with the SAP S4 HANA global implementation.
• Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for end-users, ensuring a clear understanding of Ariba functionalities and best practices.
• Customize training sessions based on the audience, incorporating real-world scenarios and case studies.
• Maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and training recordings, tailored to different user groups.
• Provide regional post-go-live support to stakeholders, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring full adoption of Ariba B&I.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement Leadership to understand business needs and enhancement requirements, translating them into Ariba solutions using best practices.
• Manage the functional testing for regional implantations and deployment of Ariba enhancement solutions.
• Lead efforts with Category management team for catalog enablement and utilization.
• Stay informed about Ariba updates and enhancements as well as other Procurement platforms like Coupa.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Ariba applications.
• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience working in a large, globally disbursed, complex multi-location manufacturing organization.
• Full professional proficiency in the English language, Multilingual a plus

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field
• 5+ year experience as a Source to Pay Application Lead or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Ariba modules including Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, and Catalog Management.
• Ariba certification(s) is a plus.
• Coupa experience and knowledge is a plus.
