Job Description:
As a member of Enterprise Division, you will be a part of a West Area sales team.
This position is responsible for driving sales of VMware Cloud Fundation solutions into a defined set of existing large enterprise customers.
We’re looking for experienced Account Directors with impact in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Scope, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts to exceed all targets.
Establish access and create positive business relationships with key executives and senior-level decision makers including the CISO, Head of CDO, CIO, CTO, LOB Head, etc.
Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to drive product adoption in target accounts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and territory plans.
Regular forecasting of business opportunities to Sales and executive leadership.
Responsible for staying well-informed about product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems. This includes interacting with Product Management on an ongoing basis to stay updated.
Qualifications:
at least 5 years selling have experience on Enterprise Customers.
Solutions in the following areas is preferred: Cloud Infrastoracture, Cloud Management, Edge Solution.
You have a selling some method about Strategic & Value selling.
You can effectively articulate and present well in front of technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Must be highly motivated, self-starter, possess a positive-aggressive attitude, and have excellent organizational skills.
Devotion to continual personal sales development, customer service, and follow-up.
The ability to be flexible and work in a changing environment is required.
