What is the job about?

You will contribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e., telephone, E-mail, live chat, instant messaging etc. You will also provide first Customer contact resolution on inquiries that can be resolved rather shortly (as predefined by Group guidelines) and decide on the further processing of business transactions based on defined processes. The job also entails timely and effective quotations, technical advice, and Order Entry related support to Customers and sales teams.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Commercial and technical advice on Customer inquiries regarding price, lead time, technical data etc by email, telephone, and chat.
  • Sizing GRUNDFOS solutions, pumps, and accessories according to the customer’s requirements.
  • Forward complex requests to the Back Office.
  • Advice on the selection, installation, operation of GRUNDFOS products.
  • Active interaction with customers and colleagues to ensure effective sales.
  • Constantly increasing the level of knowledge of the products and applications.
  • Work in SAP, SAP CRM and other corporate applications and digital tools (training is provided) according to the corporate guides and procedures.
  • Support in conducting ad hoc tasks in CSSC (Customer Sales Support Center) such as pricing, master data, approval workflow, digital tools, etc.

Your background:

We imagine that you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in water supply and sewage, Hydraulics, HVAC, Electrical engineering or related.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience (in the position of technical consultant, engineer, designer of engineering systems, in the customer service department, etc).
  • Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a good Customer centric experience.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to analysing.
  • Attention, conscientiousness, responsibility.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications; SAP (CRM/SD) of advantage.
  • Willingness for constantly training.
