Job Description: 

Join the team on a mission to make a impact in the India higher education ecosystem. The Research and Growth Initiatives team at Intel India is responsible for running programs to build and scale technology skills and foster research and innovation in our higher-education ecosystem. This is a lean, nimble team that provides a unique environment for its members to learn multiple aspects of running techno-business programs.

The team is seeking a Sr Manager, for its Education Product and Solutions, to grow and scale ongoing initiatives to meet its ambitious goals. Job responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

1. Own overall product roadmap. Manage portfolio of technology labs for

education business and variants - Design new or update labs across various in-demand technologies working in close collaboration with counterparts in engineering org.

2. Define marketing strategy working closely with SMG- Marketing team.

3. Develop collateral and run orientation sessions for System Integrators / Partners to educate them on new products.

4. Design and run marketing campaigns to promote these programs and associated products

5. Collaborate with Community Manager to design and run new community programs that provide long-term engagement and customer delight

6. Work with Professors in leading institutions to develop course content for technology labs

7. Work with Site Technology Leaders to run initiatives aimed at promoting research in higher education

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

1. 15+ years in the tech industry, with 10+ yrs experience in solution design and / or tech marketing

2. Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following areas - AI, IoT, HPC, VLSI, Cloud etc.

3. Prior experience working in the education sector would be nice to have

4. Experience designing and running large-scale marketing campaigns

5. Strong team player, comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Able to put on different hats based on changing priorities.

6. Good storyteller with the ability to draft high-quality documents and presentations

7. Networker, who can build and maintain a solid internal and external stakeholder network to aid the program's growth

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
