Legal Discovery Management is JPMC’s cross-functional eDiscovery team that works closely with Litigation, Government Investigation and Regulatory Enforcement (GIRE) and HR Legal to help tell the story of what, when, how and who were or weren’t involved in the issues of a case, using the information and data created by people and systems every single day.
As an Assistant General Counsel - Discovery Attorney (Vice President), you will be an integral part of the team dedicated to advising on electronic discovery (eDiscovery) strategy and coordinating the end-to-end eDiscovery process for the Litigation Department in response to civil litigation, regulatory investigations, and confidential internal investigations. The Discovery Manager would be involved in leading and advising on eDiscovery strategy, the selection and oversight of document hosting and review vendors; and general discovery project management. You will confer with litigators, internal counsel, outside counsel, business and technology contacts as well as vendors.
