The New Verticals team is all about expanding DoorDash beyond Restaurants, and helping deliver anything our Customers want. Our Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team is expanding to focus on building the most efficient and scalable products for New Verticals while we continuously provide a high quality customer experience.
We are looking to build out our team with a few Senior Associates who will focus on a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. Our Catalog, Fulfillment and Logistics team has three major mandates to effectively onboard merchants, fulfill every order with speed & accuracy and improve our logistics network. We are able to do this by identifying efficiencies, building product toolings and launching operational processes at scale. You will own metrics, pull operational & product levers and drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail businesses. We operate in a hybrid model; we do try to get the team together once a quarter in person and all of our offices are open should you choose to go in.

The location-specific base salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location. Please discuss your intended work location with your recruiter for more information.

$94,000—$141,000 USD
