In this role, you will be responsible for:

• You will be leading a team of engineers building a new core product, creating true impact and owning your team’s deliverables from planning stages to production.
• As a team lead, you will be accountable for your team’s output, upholding a high technical bar while overcoming a multitude of technological challenges.

About you 

• Major experience with a software development.
• Proven experience with leading software development teams.
• Full Stack experience with a major web development stack (50/50% FE and BE): C#, Angular/React/Vue.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - a must
• Experience with microservices architectures and message broker tools (e.g. RabbitMQ) - a major advantage
• Strong knowledge in software design and passion for creating high-standard code
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and drive people
• Being able to communicate excellent with peers and colleagues
• Articulates very well and being able to explain complex things in a simple way.
• Pleasent to work and talk with.
