Reporting to the Office Manager or designated manager the incumbent works during the auctions during the day every Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording of sale price and buyer information for the vehicles.
- Enter sale data into the LiveBlock system as requested.
- Perform all duties assigned by the Manager or designated manager.
- Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
- Provide prompt and courteous service:
- Demonstrate friendliness and greet every person with whom they come in contact.
- Maintain a professional appearance and work area consistent with the Handbook.
- Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention for all contacts and transactions.
- Practice and promote teamwork at all times.
- Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
- Maintain a good flow of communication with the all auction personnel.
Educational Requirements or Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- One (1) year of clerical experience with minimum intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry skills required.
- Must have excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to multitask.
This position works only Thursday 9:15 am until auction is completed, (usually 4-6 hours) and is paid $159 for the day. Must be available to work all Thursdays. May be able to work as remote block clerk other days of the week once completed probationary period.
Please note there is no bus service to the site, so applicants are required to have their own reliable transportation.
