Your Role

The GxP Engineer oversees deviations, change controls, Corrective & Preventive Actions, and document management for the Operations department, ensuring timely closure and compliance with GxP guidelines. Compliance with GxP is essential for regulatory approval and maintaining consumer trust.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling deviations for the Operations department and ensure their timely closure: ensure deviations are initiated correctly and on time, perform initial impact analysis, investigation and root cause analysis in close collaboration with Quality department;
  • Initiating and handling Change Control requests: ensure Change Controls are initiated correctly and on time, perform risk analysis and coordinate all required actions to implement change and ensure proper documentation;
  • Initiating and handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure;
  • Providing input, writing or revising procedures based upon process knowledge in compliance with all applicable GxP guidelines and act as a subject matter expert; Ensuring proper Document management; #LI-AM4 
  • Supporting specific projects to improve or introduce new processes in close collaboration with Facility, Customer Service and Quality department.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Master's degree in Logistics or Sciences, etc.; Extensive experience (min 5 years) in a GDP/GMP regulated environment;
  • Experience with QMS processes such as deviation investigations, CAPA and Change Control; Experience with root cause analysis tools and risk assessments;
  • Analytical skills, hands-on mentality, stress resistant;
  • Sense of detail, good communication skills and strong team spirit;
  • Demonstrated influencing & social negotiation abilities, diplomacy skills to create a consensus, and outstanding stress management skills;
  • Fluent French and English are required.
