The Digital Marketing Manager determines strategy and executes the Company’s digital marketing plan and includes implementing and measuring the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in boosting brand awareness, increasing website traffic, driving new business, and optimizing first- party off- premise channel performance 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns for our first-party off-premise business, ensuring they align with our brand values and enhance channel performance.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve high performance of the marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and implement promotions, collaborating with operations, creative, CRM, social media and field marketing teams for seamless execution.
  • Maintain the digital marketing campaign calendar to ensure timely and flowless campaign execution.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and optimize the company's website for user experience, content, and SEO.
  • Monitor and assess website performance, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with internal and external teams on funnel optimization.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with the Olo platform and CRM systems; experience managing offers in Olo, Cheetah Digital, or Personica is preferred.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), especially WordPress.
  • Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity, HotJar, or similar is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of website and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Proficiency with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Skills in creative content writing.
  • Knowledgeable in foundational SEO practices, encompassing both technical and content-driven strategies.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
