About the Role
In this position as an IT Business Analyst - SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) you will serve as the channel between the customer (business users) community and the solution development teams. This position is part of
an international global team and will support the delivery of the necessary technology services to our business units. This means that apart from the functional competence you need excellent communication skills and you
should work well in a team.

What You Will Do
- Continuously review existing business processes in collaboration with the business units, propose and realize process optimization
- Facilitate workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user requirements, their strategies and their goals
- Support development of business cases and support the portfolio prioritization process
- Support implementation of to-be processes, prepare training documentation and conduct training delivery
- Breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources
- Contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization
- Provide expert support of specific, approved local applications
- Participate in national and international projects
Who You Are
- University degree in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline
- More than four years of experience in IT development (application Architect or Tech lead) and or business analysis for Financial and Controlling area
- Proven knowledge in SAP FICO processes, preferably S/4, in depth knowledge in Product Costing, SAP SAC and/or Accounting & Reporting
- Experience with EDI and interfaces
- Very good business process knowledge
- Knowledge in interface modeling, process and information design
- Experience in conceptional work and basic skills in project management
- Good Intercultural communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Ability to travel
