KNFE team within Amazon books engaged on thinking and building features for Kindle which will make reading a delightful and differentiated experiences. Our team owns key customer facing features like X-Ray, Popular highlights, Search inside a book, PhotoQuotes and many more. We own these features end-to-end. We are responsible for the backend miro-service architecture, the ML that powers these features as well as the seamless CX on iOS, Android and Ereader.
In 2024 we have an exciting roadmap and will do significant work on adding new supplementary content to augment the book reading experience. While we work on managing exist tech-stack, we will also develop new ML pipelines which are being available due to development in LLM.

The base pay for this position ranges from $115,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market.
