Threekit’s Recruiting & Employee Success Manager is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process and will lead recruiting efforts across the organization. This position is also responsible for promoting the Threekit culture, value, and brand and creating an exceptional and inclusive employee experience.
As a key member of the Employee Success team, the Recruiting & Employee Success Manager will partner with team leaders and employees on both Recruiting and Employee Success related matters. This employee should be a proactive self-starter with a high level of integrity and discretion and have the ability to broaden out their skill set for future responsibility to manage a team of recruiters and coordinators as the company grows.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Identifying and attracting in-demand professionals
- Interviewing, screening and hiring of high demand, qualified job applicants
- Developing new strategies to attract and retain candidates
- Ensuring a diverse recruiting pipeline and partnering with organizations who can help support our diversity efforts
- Establishing and maintaining recruiting processes
- Ongoing management of ATS system including vendor management and support as necessary
- Partnering with hiring managers and relevant team members and Employee Success on identifying ideal candidate profiles, interview preparations, communications and extending offers to qualified applicants
- Establishing and maintaining recruiting metrics and reporting on a regular basis to senior leadership
- Assisting with employee onboarding as needed
- Understanding of recruiting methods, trends, best practices and regulatory changes, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Working closely with departmental managers to achieve initiatives demonstrating strong collaboration abilities
- Understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
- Assisting and providing input on Employee Success related matters and supporting employee focused initiatives
What Catches Our Eye
- 5+ years in the recruiting field, with 2+ years in the tech industry
- Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
- Expertise in working with an ATS, preferably BambooHR
- Expertise in working with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly reprioritize
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication abilities, interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
Preferred Skills:
- Experience managing or building out a team
- Expertise in developing a recruiting strategy
- Familiarity with pre-employment testing
- Proficiency in Google suite
- Experience in a start-up environment
Required Education:
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field
- CHRP
